If it is found that a user does not meet the eligibility requirements, GeniusPayTech reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to its services without prior notice.
By accessing or using the platform, you represent and warrant that all information provided by you is accurate, complete, and lawful, and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the services.
Refund & Policy
At GeniusPayTech, we are committed to providing secure and reliable digital payment services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations may be processed.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only under specific circumstances. A customer may be eligible for a refund if a payment has been successfully made but the requested service was not delivered or was incorrectly processed due to a technical error attributable to GeniusPayTech. Refund requests will be reviewed and verified before approval.
Request for Refund
Customers must submit a refund request within 7 days from the date of the transaction. Requests received after this period may not be considered. To initiate a refund, customers are required to provide accurate transaction details for verification purposes.
Refund Process
Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction. Refunds may take up to 7 working days to reflect in the customer’s bank account or payment source, depending on the processing time of the respective financial institution.
Service Charges
In certain cases, applicable service charges, gateway fees, or processing fees may be deducted from the refunded amount. Any such deductions, if applicable, will be communicated clearly at the time of refund initiation.
Non-Refundable Services
Services that have been successfully delivered as per the customer’s instructions are not eligible for a refund. This includes, but is not limited to, successful mobile recharges, DTH recharges, utility bill payments, and other completed transactions where confirmation has been received from the service provider.
Cancellation Policy
If a customer wishes to cancel a transaction, the request must be made before the transaction is processed. Once a transaction has been successfully processed and confirmed, it may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes related to refunds or transactions, customers are encouraged to contact the GeniusPayTech customer support team. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner.
